I’m an independent Dynamics 365 & Power Platform consultant. I help companies design, build, and run smart customer-experience and business solutions on Microsoft’s low-code stack, and I write about everything I learn along the way.
Over the past years, I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes on:
- Dynamics 365: Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service, Sales
- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages
- Dataverse architecture, data modeling, JavaScript and C# Customization
- Integrations: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, SSIS (SQL), SharePoint
My focus is making automation and customer experience work together, so things run smoothly for the team and the customer alike.
