Who is responsible
Maplo Sàrl, Lausanne, Switzerland, operates this site. If you have a question about your data, write to me at the address at the bottom of this page and I will answer it myself.
What the contact form collects
Your name, work email, optionally your company, the kind of collaboration you picked, and your message. It goes into my Dynamics 365 CRM as an enquiry so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. I need it to answer you — that is the only reason I ask.
What the newsletter form collects
Your name and email, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. You get the newsletter and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is recorded against your record immediately.
Where it is stored
In Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, hosted by Microsoft in the European Union. I do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
Enquiries: as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as I need them for my business records. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, which never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when you open a page.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the address below and I will act on it.
